Community Energy Advisors from Cornell Cooperative Extension will discuss the importance of energy efficiency for stabilizing energy costs and protecting the health and well-being of low- or fixed-income households. There are a number of ways that residents can save money and live healthier and more comfortably while at home, from Do-it-Yourself tips and tricks to programs specifically serving low-income residents that have long-term benefits.
No matter what the approach, Community Energy Advisors and volunteer Energy Navigators are available to assist residents apply for programs and connect them with the resources to meet their energy needs.
This workshop, held on Zoom, is free and open to all community members.
