Art from the Mentor Program at Garrison Art Center features artwork created by students from the Haldane School: Chloe Rowe, Natalie Accurso, Olivia Flanagan, Riley Perez, Kaia Duran, Christopher Moore, Sofia Wallis, and Lulu Romer. This work will be on display in the Third Floor Gallery at Mahopac Library through April 26; visitors can view the work during posted Library hours.
Established in 1988, the Mentor Program at Garrison Art Center was developed as a means to identify, encourage and guide high school age students in the art-making process from conception to execution.
This project is made possible, in part, through the Putnam Arts Council's Arts Link Grant Program with public fund provided through the New York State Council on the Arts with support from Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature and with public funds from Putnam County.
