Call 845-670-3104 to make an appointment. Walk-ins welcome between 10a and 2p. Navigators are certified and trained to educate and provide enrollment assistance to individuals through NY State of Health. They are available to assist individuals in applying for coverage in convenient, community-based locations in every county and all help is free.
