This Yoga class is designed so that anyone can learn to safely practice and reap the benefits of one of the most profound healing systems. Learn how to stretch without pain, maintain proper alignment, re-establish a fuller range of motion, strengthen fragile joints and muscles, reduce stress, and cultivate a peaceful mind. You will also learn simple energy balancing tools to amplify the benefits of Yoga practice.
All classes will be held via Zoom. A link will be sent to registered students prior to each class.
