Yin Yoga with Anne Burningham

This yoga class combines a series of long held passive floor poses that gently work the lower part of the body.  The second half of the class involves more active movement followed by a gentle cool down.

Your registration will be confirmed when your payment for the class is received.

$55/person for the 8-week session; your registration is not confirmed until payment is submitted.
