Yin Yoga with Anne Burningham

This yoga class combines a series of long held passive floor poses that gently work the lower part of the body.  The second half of the class involves more active movement followed by a gentle cool down.

7-week session; $50/person.  Cash or check payable to Anne Burningham;  please include your name, email address, and phone number with your payment.
